Our Medical Staff

Stephen R. Havens, MD

Dr. Stephen R. Havens graduated from University of Louisville Medical School in 1980 and completed his residency in family practice in 1983. Dr. Havens is Board Certified in specialty Family Practice. He has served as past President of Clark Memorial Hospital Medical Staff.

James M. Havens, MD

Dr. James M. Havens graduated from Indiana University Medical School in 1978 and completed his residency in family practice. Dr. Havens was Board Certified in 1981 in the specialty of Family Practice.

B. Hillsman Williams, MD

Dr. Hillsman Williams graduated from University of Tennessee Medical School in 1980 and completed residency in Family Medicine in 1983 and completed a second residency in Internal Medicine in 1986 becoming Board Certified in both.

Theresa Stroot, DO Family Practice

Dr. Stroot graduated from the University of Illinois in 1991, then attended Chicago College of Osteopathic medicine, receiving her Doctorate Degree in Osteopathic medicine in 1997. She completed her osteopathic internship and family practice residency at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan in 2000.

Katrina McGillivray, DO

Dr. Katrina McGillivray received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at St. Luke’s Family Practice in Milwaukee. She is board certified in family medicine and anti-aging/regenerative medicine. Dr. McGillivray has more than 19 years of direct primary care experience, is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and brings expertise in preventative health and treatment of chronic diseases emphasizing lifestyle changes.

Tina Woodrome, Nurse Practitioner

Tina Woodrome graduated from Spalding University in 1998 with a BSN. She worked in Critical Care for 15 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2012, graduating again from Spalding University with an MSN.

Laura Sparks, Nurse Practitioner

Laura Sparks graduated from Spalding University with a Master of Science in Nursing and Nursing Education with an advanced certification in Family Nurse Practitioner. Laura brings 33 years of experience and has been with Clark Memorial Hospital since 1982 and held positions in the ICU, Women's Health and Labor and Delivery.
